Exciting Opportunity to work as a Process Technician for a well-known global company, who specializes in the automotive industry.

Location: McCalla, AL
Responsibilities:
Assure assembly lines run to quality standards and meet all production goals.
Assure all safety and housekeeping procedures are followed.
Report all quality and scrap issues to appropriate Supervisor / Manager as soon as possible.
Ensure all process equipment and work areas are clean and free from safety hazards.
Ensure that all process equipment is operational and functioning properly at start of shift.
Contact Maintenance for applicable equipment issues / non-conformances.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working on an assembly line
Must have manufacturing experience
Experience or knowledge with processing urethane foam systems including cup shots, foam quality verification, troubleshooting, PM on pour heads & pump systems preferred
Experience or knowledge of vibration welding, vac wrap, general assembly and mechanical systems preferred
Demonstrated examples of monitoring a process and adjusting as necessary to Basic computer skills with general understanding of software programs (Windows, Micro Soft Word, Micro Soft Excel, etc.).
