Our Machine Shop is GROWING RAPIDLY and we have SEVERAL NEW POSITIONS AVAILABLE for Manual Machinists! We are an Electric Motor Manufacturing and Repair facility located 30 minutes North of Birmingham in the Warrior/Hayden area. Applicants are preferred to have at least 3 years' experience working with manual lathes and manual mills. We are also open to hiring entry level Machinists with classroom experience that could work as trainees in the Machine Shop alongside our experienced team members.
We have openings on both shifts; 1st Shift works M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm and 2nd Shift works M-TH 2:30pm - 1:00am.
Candidates must be able to hold strict tolerances and read line-drawings/blueprints. We are looking for motivated self starters who enjoy working in a team focused environment. Experience working in an electric motor shop is not necessarily required but is preferred.
