Job Duties:
Seek and provide information to help the company to determine their position in the healthcare marketplace.
Gather data on similar healthcare competitors and analyze their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution.
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Monitor healthcare industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
Measure the effectiveness of healthcare marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Collect information about the healthcare products and services being offered by competitors and list the positive points of companys healthcare products and services as compared to the others.
Use company system to capture, store, manage and transmit information related to health of individuals in relation to marketing.
Knowledge of healthcare policy and law as it relates to daily business practices.
Education:
U.S. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management
Coursework to include 4.5 quarter credit hours in Health Services Marketing, 4.5 quarter credit hours in Health Information Systems and 4.5 quarter credit hours in Healthcare Policy & Law.
Hours:
Full Time, 40 hours
Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
