Social Security disability law firm with internet based, paperless practice seeks Attorney to represent claimants in Social Security Disability cases. The work is non-adversarial and includes client interviews, analysis of medical records, writing hearing statements and attending administrative hearings. Pay is contingent on a successful outcome.
We will train the right candidate. Must have active law license in a state (not nesc. in the state where you work).
Attorneys seeking part-time work and solos seeking to add an additional practice area are specifically encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to learn a new practice area in a mentored environment.
We are seeking one to two attorneys to cover hearings primarily in Birmingham, Montgomery, and other nearby areas. Preference is given to candidates who are willing to cover southern Alabama hearing locations too.
