We are a national non-profit organization who assists incarcerated prisoners with challenges to their convictions. We are looking for an attorney to supervise the research and preparation of post-conviction pleadings such as habeas corpus petitions. Once our team of paralegals and post-conviction specialists gather the clients records and files, we prepare a Case Evaluation and submit it to you for your approval or modification. We also prepare all necessary post-conviction pleadings for the client which they will submit in pro se. We provide all training and 24-hour support. Experience or no experience is Ok. You can work remotely and choose your own hours. You must be currently licensed and in good standing with the Bar and legally able to work in the United States.
