To build upon our previous success we are excited to be adding new team members to our masonry foam, spray foam and air/vapor barrier installation divisions to be based at our production office located in Hoover, AL. Good communication skills, exceptional work ethic, along with a high mechanical aptitude are required to be successful with our company. If you can bring at least one of those skills plus a willingness to learn then we can provide the opportunity for continued growth and success. Crew hands that meet and exceed the above requirements will be promoted to Crew Leader when they are ready and willing to accept the next challenge. Out of town travel is required on an every week basis (home most weekends). We pay for hotels, fuel, offer a meal allowance(when out overnight), and pay mileage to and from the jobs while driving or riding in our company provided vehicles. Productive crews will be in line to receive quarterly production bonuses. Starting trainee wage is $16/hr negotiable for the right experience level Must pass a pre employment drug screen and continue to be drug free as a condition of employment. Must possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record. Must be able to lift over 60 LBS, work from various heights off of ladders, lifts and scaffolding, and stay on your feet for 4 hours or more at a time. The outdoor job sites can be very hot at times and very cold at other times, so applicants must be able to adapt to various weather conditions.
