Handyman Wanted for the AL. area.
Must be responsible and ready to travel daily to many different sites.
Handyman Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Cleaning properties by sweeping, dusting etc. after a job has been completed. (Cleaning your area)
Performing maintenance and light repairs
Perform maintenance and light repairs.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices.
Undertake light installation or carpeting.
Repair equipment or appliances.
plumbing or HVAC repairs
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience as handyman
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Basic math skills
Good communication ability
Well-organized
Attention to detail
Must have a smart phone
Ability to receive work orders via phone.
Must be able to take before during and after photos of your work.
Must have insurance GL 1M - 2M
