Hiring for Apartment Maintenance- Grounds/Make-Ready Tech.
We are an excellent company seeking maintenance team members for our beautiful apartment community of 300 apartments. This position is available for immediate hire for the right candidate. We are searching for an individual who is a team player, moves quickly, and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done, and with excellent customer service in mind at all times. Must be knowledgeable on aspects of apartment/property maintenance. This includes but not limited to make readies, curb appeal, plumbing repairs, installing appliances and working directly with the property manager and maintenance teammates on all aspects of managing the property.
Daily Duties-
-Pick up grounds
-Pressure washing
-Preparing apartments for new residents- light painting, caulking, installing appliances, plumbing repairs, installing light fixtures, etc.
-Cleaning pool
-Blowing property
Requirements: High school diploma, working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license, ability to pass a criminal background check, must have own tools.
