Live- In Care Provider (Canton GA Area- 30114)
Canton, Georgia area Personal Care Home for adults seeking Full-time LIVE-IN Care Provider. We are currently looking for mature, caring and compassionate applicants with a positive and patient demeanor for full-time live in care giver positions. Care Provider will be responsible for the daily operations of the home including but not limited to;
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing watchful care and oversight of all residents. Identifying and recording changes in resident conditions. Meal planning and preparation. Assistance with medication, Assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily living - bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence of bladder & bowel, ambulation and transfers) as needed. Scheduling appointments and coordinating activities for residents. Maintaining resident files and charting progress notes. General House Keeping as well as daily sanitation of bathrooms and food preparation area.
Compliance with state and regulatory services is strictly monitored, Care giver must be able to identify potential issues and report to Administrator to ensure home consistently remains in compliance. Must have strong decision making skills, ability perform physical work, multi-task and work well under pressure. Must be able to work independently without needing to be micro managed and follow the state and regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a live-in care provider, or Current CNA certification. Must be able to obtain successful criminal background, health and drug screening. Should have Valid driver’s license, current TB test results, first aid and CPR certification.
Room and Board includes a furnished private bedroom, tv/roku, and utilities. Starting full-time salary is $2,000 per month

This is a non-medical position providing care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults
This is a Live-in position and best suited for someone who doesn't have extensive outside obligations.

Personal care Home in Cherokee County, GA in need of a live-in caregiver.
You will work weekdays with every other weekend off.
The ideal candidate:
Must be well groomed appearance when working - scrubs required.
Have current TB, clean background and physical (CPR & First Aid can be obtained after hiring)
Must have experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer's and clients with memory impairment.
Must be compassionate and love working with the elderly.
Must be professional and be able to interact with families and other professionals
Must be able to cook, clean and follow instructions
Must have experience working as a live-in caregiver
Must be able to assist with transfers
Experience working in personal care home setting preferred
Duties include:
Housekeeping (Clean bedrooms, Bathrooms & Common areas)
Bathe and dress patients
Prepare/Serve meals and assist with feedings
Take vital signs
Turn or reposition patients who need assistance with mobility
Promote patient's safety
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors
Provide and empty bedside commodes
Assist with transfers to/from bed/wheelchair
Answer patient calls
Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds
Clean and sanitize patient areas
Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies
Must be able to care for 6 residents
Must have your own mailing address
