Responsibilities Include:
Supervises the activities of 20-25 Phlebotomist and the operations of Field Service Department according to established policies and procedures.
Perform blood collections by venipuncture technique from Geriatric patients
Perform data entry in an accurate and timely manner
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all clients and patients
Administrative and clerical duties, as necessary
Understanding of compliance and safety
Perform other duties as required by supervisor (training, travel, etc.)
Requirements
A Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Patient Service Technician/Phlebotomist or other related field with phlebotomy experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Lead or supervisor experience.
