Position Summary:
We are looking for individuals with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors & persons with a disability. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
Excellent nursing assistant skills in taking vitals, documenting activities, and providing assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and transferring.
Willingness to go above and beyond for the client
Willingness to encourage participation in activities
Adherence to all professional standards of both Family Private Care & the state of Alabama
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of seniors and persons with a disability
Caregiving experience of at least two years preferred
CNA License OR ability to pass the PCA test
A clean criminal background check
CPR certification
TB Test or Chest X-Ray
