Female caregiver. Private duty, CNA, bonded and insured only please.
Up to 5 days a week for 8 hours a day. Trial period of 2-3 days a week for 2 weeks before going full time. Will consider part-time help as well.
This is for a 47 year old, 115 lbs female patient with dementia, vision and balance issues. High fall risk. Feeding tube for medications only.
Need help with patient care, feeding, toileting, bathing, light house cleaning and laundry.
Must be punctual and follow written instructions closely.
Must be physically able to assist patient with walking, getting in and out of bed.
Prefer caregiver with experience with dementia and/or brain injury.
2 small dogs are in the home and will be around the patient. Dogs are not aggressive and are obedient.
