Westin Birmingham located at 2221 Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard N., and Sheraton Birmingham located at 2101 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd Birmingham, AL 35203 are currently hiring: Servers (part-time), Bartenders, Host/Hostess, Club Level Concierge (part-time)!
Server Responsibilities include: Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables. Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed. Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests. Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely.

Host / Hostess Responsibilities include: Greet guests and guide through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance. Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Bartender (Lobby Lounge) Responsibilities include: Welcome guests and attend to tables. Open and serve wine/champagne. Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies. Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area. Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports.

Concierge (Club Level) Responsibilities include: Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages.
