We are currently looking for a motivated General Manager to join our team at Davenport's Pizza Palace! We are a family owned restaurant that has been serving Birmingham's best pizza since 1964. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and will be passionate about consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
-Direct and control the store operations
-Achieve budgeted sales, labor, and profitability metrics
-Deliver exceptional guest service
-Coach, develop and lead a high performing team
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
-2 years of General or Assistant General Manager experience preferred
-Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling and inventory management
-Experience with HotSchedules is preferred
-Knowledge of Food Safety standards
-Hands-on Leadership
-Excellent communication
