Job Description
An Account Supervisor is an entry level management position within HSS that will serve as a liaison between HSS team members and client hotels. He or she must display a warm and friendly demeanor, professional appearance and have the ability to recruit, screen, manage and assist in training of team members. Establishing and developing strong relationships with our current and new customers. This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Contact customers on a daily basis and assure their staffing needs are achieved.
Develop recruiting network with assistance of Area Manager
Complete daily activity reports and administrative work related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll.
Assist Area Manager with orientation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
Service Oriented- experience in Service positions is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and writing.
Must have computer skills.
Able to work on weekends.
Business degree in Business, hotel management, general studies or equivalent experience is preferable.
