Seeking a part-time to full-time virtual regional DOS to serve limited service hotels. Our Director of Sales position will work with our team from a home office. As a DOS, you are responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the success of our hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Solicits, evaluates, sells, and confirms business to meet overall budgeted sales & profit margin
Contacts customers in-house to foster additional business, repeat bookings & referrals
Saturate all key accounts through phone calls and e-mails
Organize site inspections
Find and close the best opportunities for the hotel
Be well organized, utilize our CRM system and keep detailed documentation
Proactive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities
Responding to RFPs & Inquiries
Identifies and resolves problems with urgency and create solutions
Responds promptly to customer needs
May visit properties for sales blitz
Preferred Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience; experience in the hospitality industry preferred
No fear of phone communication with excellent written communication
