Requirements:
2+ years restaurant experience. Sushi or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to establish relationships with guests
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
Interest in learning about the craft of sushi rolling
Knowledge of product and procedure
Ability to follow recipes
Sense of urgency
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Base knowledge of other food and bar offerings
Be on time for work
Stay off your cell phone while working
