Galley and Garden is now accepting applications for Line and Prep Cooks.
Line Cook:
-Minimum 1 year of experience working in a upscale or fine dining restaurant.
-Must have an ability to follow instructions and recipes.
-Attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation.
Prep Cook:
-1 year of experience working casual or fine dining restaurant (preferred, not required)
-Must have an ability to follow instructions and recipes.
-Attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation.
Our menu changes regularly and we source locally whenever possible.
All applications require interviews in person.
