Front Desk - Evenings 3pm -11pm
Front Desk Agent that is versed in 1 or more year as a Front Desk Receptionist, this person will be responsible for his or her duties assigned during shift. Agent will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills in-order to be successful as a Receptionist. Agent will also need to have creative problem solving skills to tackle any issues that may arise during shift. As a Front Desk Receptionist for the Hotel you will be representing the hotel when Guest are checking in and so people skills and soft skills will be key requirement for a successful candidate.
Key Required Skills
-1 OR More year as a Front Desk Agent with a Franchised Hotel
-Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent Oral and written communication skills
-Able to operate PC, FAX, key machine, Copier and other office Equipment
Key Responsibilities include
-Answering calls and helping gust with inquires
-Taking reservations
-Check In/Check Out Guest
-Posting/Adjusting Charges
