Progressive, rapidly expanding company is seeking honest, experienced, talented professional chefs. Candidates must be serious professionals willing to meet our exceedingly high standards of service, possess the knowledge to produce continually evolving weekly from scratch menus, manage all purchasing and inventory, train, schedule and develop staff, as well as meet weekly budgetary requirements. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience with multiple cuisines, fast paced high volume, menu development, dietary restrictions, a current ServeSafe certification, as well as:

-Safety and Sanitation practices according to state and local guidelines

-Knowledge of HACCP systems

-Daily customer relations/ input

-Daily communication with supervisors

-All aspects of purchasing and cost control

-Scheduling and staff management

-Budgeting

-Microsoft Office Excel and Word, as well as email and internet skills

-Seasonal, relevant, evolving menu concepts

-Multiple vendors

-Upscale catering/ banquet style events
