Housekeeping Aide Responsibilities include: Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, etc.

Steward Responsibilities include:
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.

Cook III Responsibilities include: Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
