We are looking for experienced, hard working, disciplined, professional, passionate, team driven individuals! Our managers must be an ambassador to our brand and personify what we stand for; OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE! As a manager you will also be working with the front of the house staff and providing service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Representing Big Bad Breakfast in the most professional and passionate way everyday
Developing and disciplining team members
Maintaining and upholding cleanliness and organizational standards
Ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and organization of product
Upholding proper production of recipes in both prep and line production
Controlling and properly scheduling labor
Completing inventory of and ordering product while controlling food costs
Running Quality Control (outside line expo)
Maintaining proper ticket times
Working the line when needed
Assisting in the service of the dining room and the closing of the office
Creating a professional, enthusiastic, and team driven work environment
Compensation: $45,000.00 to $55,000 per year
