$15.00 /hr. to start. No HVAC required. Downtown Birmingham Southside.
Job Highlights:
Start day at downtown office, to organize and plan for the day based on work orders
Will conduct repairs, preventive maint. and turn-arounds (make-readies) at various apartments and duplexes around the southern part of Birmingham
Also handle some basic remodel/construction work
Will use your own truck; will be required to haul off materials to centralized dumpster
Tools and all materials provided
Requirements - Here's What You Need in Your Toolbelt:
- Recent experience in light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall repairs, etc.
- Your own truck to use to transport and haul off materials, pick up supplies, etc.
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Good personality and communication skills - will be dealing with our tenants/customers
- Take pride in your work; care about the quality of your work
- Drug-free; background check
