We are seeking new Commercial Site Planning talent to join our team! Commercial Site Plan operates as a cloud-based design studio allowing talented Site Plan Designers to work virtually anywhere. We provide site plan design services for commercial land planning projects from coffee shops to large master planned developments across the United States. If you are interested in working in a highly flexible and supportive environment, have solid experience in commercial site planning and are familiar with AutoCAD we would love to hear from you.
Successful candidates will have a flexible work-life balance and the ability to focus on things that are important to you. We care about the designs you produce, not the hours in the day that you work. We believe that working the times that you choose creates better designs while giving you flexibility. As long as deadlines are met, the times that you design are up to you.
We communicate by video conferencing, email, text and other digital technology to share ideas and answer questions and support.
Primary Services
Proposed site plan layouts for commercial developments from small coffee shops to large shopping centers
Main Software:
AutoCAD
Desired Site Planning skills:
- Building property lines from existing survey or GIS information
- Download & scale aerial photos in AutoCAD
- layout parking lots, sidewalks and proposed building(s)
- General dimensions and area calculations
