Important Staffing Company - currently seeking a Staffing Account Supervisor (Entry Level Position) to support our Atlanta market. This role is responsible to staff our hotel client's open back of the house positions while overseeing the employees working in your assigned accounts.

This role will manage the employee experience from recruiting and on-boarding to training and development and retention. This position reports to the Area Manager of the market.

Summary of Job Responsibilities, not limited to: -Recruit and retain employees in roles for our clients such as housekeeper, houseman, laundry aides, stewards and breakfast and banquet servers -Visit assigned hotels daily to ensure excellent customer service and employee relations and retention. -Support new business development as requested by Area Manager and VP of market. -Develop and implement daily recruiting plans including job fairs, community involvement and networking. -Conduct weekly safety meetings in all assigned properties to mitigate risk and employee injuries. -On-board all candidates following specific compliance guidelines and documentation. Qualifications: -Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish required; no exceptions. -Hotel management or Restaurant experience, general studies or equivalent experience. -High level of communication and organizational skills. -Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment. -Above average skills in use Microsoft office applications and computer systems. -Approx. 75% car travel around local area. Minimal office hours required; typically at client locations and recruiting in local areas. -Available to work weekends and evening as needed; typically on call but not required to visit hotel locations outside of emergency circumstances.
