The Steve Harris Agencies have been given the task of hiring, training, and marketing for a Fortune 1000 company. We are in charge of all of North Central Alabama and as such have a need for new hires wanting on the job training. Supervising Agents work hand in hand with the recruiting department, to find and train top notch team members. They provide new hires with needed guidance, support and encouragement during their first weeks of employment. The position is an entry level management position, with the ability to move up quickly. Supervising Agents also participate in accelerated management training, and are encouraged to be innovative and creative in their training.
Primary duties include:
Overseeing of comprehensive company approved training program that included classroom, field, and online training for new employees.
Ensuring that system based training is utilized according to company standards.
Creating and developing of office specific new training material.
Participating in weekly Agency training.
Average income range- $50,000-$75,000 Annually.
Leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Valid drivers license
Must be 18 or older
Clean criminal background.
