JOB SUMMARY:
Inspects, diagnose, troubleshoot, recommends, installs and repairs.
EXPECTATIONS:
Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous and prompt service at all times while maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction. A team player committed to continuous improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Detect and perform mechanical issues, installation and repairs to brake, steering, suspension, transmission etc.
Tire Installation - Mount & Balance
Service customer vehicles according to our expectations
Recommend products and services as needed
Maintain records such as repair orders and vehicle history
Maintain a clean and neat work area
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
QUALIFICATIONS :
valid driver’s license (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year related experience and/or technical training
Able to work with no supervision
