We are a local Fire and Water Restoration and Construction company based in Birmingham, AL looking for a full-time (8a-5p, Mon-Fri) Customer Service Rep. The main duties of this position will be answering incoming calls and following up with our existing customers. There may also be some data entry and possibly even account collecting that will go along with this position, so if you have any relevant skills like this from your past, please be sure to mention them in your reply.

We are a 20 year old, family-owned construction company, and we currently service around 800 new jobs a year. Our customers and their insurance companies keep our phones ringing throughout the work day. We do NOT take this job lightly though. You could be the very FIRST person a potential customer hears when they need our services, and that is important to us.
