We are currently recruiting outbound customer service representatives to join our growing team acting as phone mystery shoppers. This is a part-time assignment providing calls to our clients to evaluate their agent’s customer service.
Agents will be given a call list and must be available to make calls within a 24-hour period from the time the list is provide and complete an evaluation form detailing the quality of the customer service agent they spoke with.
This is a part-time role that will only require a maximum of 2-3 hours each week. Agents are compensated weekly based on completed assignments.
Creates realistic scenarios as necessary.
Research and review information to supplement scenario provided.
Working according to the scenario provided when necessary.
Make shop call posing as ordinary customer
Complete assessment with all relevant information
