At this time, we are in the process to recruit South-Central USA Business Development Director, to further expand our services and develop our operations on the South-Central U.S. market.
South-Central USA Business Development Director will be in charge of the following duties:
Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing and business development strategies for the South-Central U.S. market
Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing and business development activities or policies
Evaluate the financial aspects of service development
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales team and oversee their daily activities
Consult with service development personnel
Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of services
Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to increase service distribution
Establish distribution networks or developing distribution strategies.
Coordinate or participate in promotional activities
Initiate and direct market research studies or analyze their findings
Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets
Advise business or other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the buying or selling of products
Establish and maintain the relationships
Coordinate Sales strategy with the team and supervise the execution of sales activities
Requirements:
Minimum two-year experience in business development and marketing field required
Solar industry experience required
Bachelor's in business administration and management required
English and Spanish fluency required
Sales Experience required
Project management and coordination skills
Strategic thinker; ability to identify client's unique needs and challenges
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite software programs
Experience with databases and CRM programs preferred
United States Work Authorization required
