Seeking a trustworthy warehouse manager. We are a small order company that processes 300 small shipments via UPS everyday. Looking for someone who is motivated, eager to work, to manage the day to day operations of the warehouse.
The Position Responsibilities are the following, but not limited to:
Recruit, source, interview and hire quality employees
Oversee order pulling, packing, and shipping of all orders.
Manage 12 warehouse employees to ensure productivity, accuracy, timely completion of all tasks in the warehouse.
Assist in checking and loading of trucks in the warehouse.
Maintain a clean warehouse inside and outside.
Position Requirements :
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to spend long hours standing.
Be able to lift 70 pounds.
