Central Alabama Paintball is a professional establishment with high expectations for service. Applicants should have extensive customer service experience, an outstanding work ethic with the ability to self start and manage projects ranging from manual labor to sales, and most of all the willingness and ability to learn. Prospective team members must carry themselves with confidence and poise, as they will be an active face representing our business on multiple fronts. This is a full time position- flexible schedule (weekends are a requirement) and willingness to go the extra mile is a necessity. This position will take on all aspects of operation and maintenance, including:
-Customer Relations
-Manual Labor (inside and outside, including cleaning)
-Sales/Lead Generation
-Managing a team of driven, knowledgable employees
-Mechanical knowledge/experience is a plus, as is the ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish will come in handy)
