Staff accountant, Tax specialist, and Business registration staff

Location

New York, Cary (NC), Charlotte (NC), Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, Birmingham, Dallas

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage payroll, compute payroll tax including federal and state level tax

Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, budget

statement, cash flow statement, etc.

Prepare compliance forms such as From 1116, 8938, 5471, 5472, 8858, and 8856 for international taxation

Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (From 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1042, 990)

Responsible for tax planning

Apply for ITIN

Responsible for registering new company in different states, applying for EIN, sales and withholding account,

UI account

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or related field

2-5 years experience in related field

Familiar with ProSeries and QuickBooks

Strong Microsoft Office Word and Excel experience

Prefer people who speak both English and Chinese

Prefer people with experience in filing international tax returns
