Stone, Avant & Daniels, P.C. is a Homewood, AL based CPA firm with business clients located throughout Alabama. We are seeking a motivated CPA, CPA candidate or degreed accountant with prior public accounting experience who desires to work in a public accounting environment without departmentalization.
The position includes compilation, review and possibly audit level accounting work for small business clients as well as individual and small business tax preparation for clients with multi-state operations.
Small business software, including QuickBooks, knowledge is desired. Interaction with construction clients is a plus.
This is a full-time position with reasonable overtime required during the busy season and flexible hours during the off season. The firm offers excellent benefits and growth potential.
