PT ACCOUNTING/ADMIN POSITION:
Craigslist Ad Part Time Compensation range: $15-$17 / hour - determined by recent experience, education, training and personality
Hours:
8:30am-3:00pm Mon- Thu [30 min. lunch or break]
Friday 8:30a-noon (15 min. break) 27-30 Hours Per Week Average
Immediate need for part-time accounting/bookkeeping, administrative star performer
Position focuses on office professionalism, bookkeeping, data entry & filing
Homewood/Oxmoor industrial area business office near Buffalo Rock/Pepsi
15-year old premier remodeling, restoration & construction company
Business heavily weighted to property restoration insurance claims (contracting, funding)
Accounting and office support provided in all areas for training, development, advice & guidance
Skills Attributes Needed:
Professional appearance
Stellar organization skills
Excellent phone skills and phone personality
Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Basic experience with Quickbooks (required)
Computer skills with verifiable fast/efficient data entry (required)
Reliable transportation (required)
Exemplary job attendance record and stable employment history
Basic Duties:
Articulate all business communication professionally
Organize tasks and focus
Learn mission critical software for Company's business operations (SLACK/CO-CONSTRUCT)
Answer phones with a consistently positive, helpful attitude
Read and write effectively - including emails and proper sentence structures
File and keep files organized - and distribute documents to management as needed
Use google to research property profiles on the internet sales leads
Make collection calls as needed (not frequent)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
