ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable
Manage account payables
Manage salesmen expenses
Invoice customers
Enter vendor payables
Manage company American Express reports
Process credit cards
Fuel tracking
Bank deposits
Order office supplies
Maintain and track tax exempt certifications
Send out monthly customer statements
Set up and maintain vendors
Print salesmen line sheets/marketing materials
Prepare and set up for meetings
Answering incoming calls - must have pleasant phone voice and manners
Qualifications
Accounting experience
Computer Skills including Excel, Word, Outlook; Power Point
Positive attitude
Team player - works well with others
On-time to work
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to pass background check; drug test
Working Conditions
Forty (40) hour work week, extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.
