Benore offers our drivers:
$6,300 SIGN-ON BONUS!
LOCAL HOURLY DRIVERS start at $20 per hour base pay, B-shift differential of $2 per hour
REGIONAL DRIVERS - 48 cents per mile
OTR DRIVERS - 52 cents per mile
TEAM DRIVERS - 65 cents per mile
Benore driver benefits:
Hourly drivers receive overtime pay (over 40)
First year earning potential $65,000
Employee Referral Bonus - $3,000
Paid orientation and training
No touch freight
Newer fleet with advanced safety features including automatic transmissions
1 week of Paid Vacation after 90 days of employment
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k Enrollment after 90 days of employment
Company paid life insurance
We require the following of all our drivers to maintain our exceptional safety and compliance record:
CDL Class A License with 24 months minimum driving experience
Minimum of 23 years old
Favorable driving record that meets our safety requirements
Criminal background check meeting Customs and Border Protection guidelines
High School Diploma or GED preferred
