West Video Operations is looking for a Sr. Video Technician to add to its team in Valley. AL. The core focus of this position will be responsible for providing initial response and basic troubleshooting for customer related issues in adherence to departmental policies and procedures, taking initial customer calls and providing basic support, executing video conference tests, certifications and live events, as necessary; open, track and close all trouble tickets and ensuring issues are accurately documented.
Key areas of emphasis include:
Troubleshooting customer conference issues
Managing inbound cases
Working on issues without step-by-step instructions

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
Minimum 6 months call center environment with customer service required, preferably in a helpdesk environment
Minimum 6 months' experience with telecom or enhanced media
Technical
Basic knowledge of PC Hardware preferred
Other
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
May be required to work varying shifts
