Summary:
Part-time project software developer needed for project work in Opelika, AL. Projects will include: design, develop, test and maintain UI based web applications using SQL, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, C#, and ASP.NET MVC and WCF. Projects will be mixed between on-premise and Azure cloud.
Job Details:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Understand project and business requirements.
Develop applications using .Net framework
Perform code reviews.
Perform application builds.
Perform unit and integration tests.
Troubleshoot bugs in the application.
Meet milestones and deadlines
Interact with project leaders and clients
Skills Required
Excellent programming skills with various technologies including JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, C# and ASP.NET MVC.
Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and related concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and verbal skills.
5 years experience in software development in small to medium sized businesses.
5 years experience of recent development in Microsoft .NET framework and development environment (Microsoft Visual Studio) with technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
5 years experience in developing Web applications with C#, JavaScript, JQuery and SQL.
5 years experience with writing LINQ, TSQL queries
