Boost Mobile PBR Plus dealer seeking self-motivated part and full time sales associates in Opelika, AL.
Requirements:
Must be 19 years or older and allowed to work in the United States.
At least one year of retail and cash handling experience.
Must be able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation.
Very strong self-starter, ability to work unsupervised, quick learner and have EXCELLENT customer service experience
Have an energetic, friendly, and honest personality.
Able to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment for themselves, coworkers, and customers.
Help customers in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information
Complete all items on appropriate checklist by end of shift.
Responsible for resolving customer issues and concerns.
Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
Must be extremely hands-on and have a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate office computer, cash register and calculator.
Preferred Bi-lingual English/Spanish
