Quality Control Manager
The Angela Hanson Agency of Liberty National Life Insurance Company is interviewing for a Quality Control Manager. The ideal candidate for the position is a strong, self-starter who can work independently following comprehensive training. This position works in a fun, fast-paced office environment and reports directly to the Agency Owner. Looking for 30-40 hour commitment each week with opportunity for growth in both responsibility, hours, and compensation as Agency grows.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Daily communication with Agency Owner regarding quality control
Reviews sales applications
Follows up on applications with customers and agents through phone and email
Proactive management of existing accounts
Skills and Abilities
Good verbal communicator with proactive approach.
Strong organizational skills with impeccable follow-through.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
Excellent phone and email skills.
Ability to learn products and underwriting.
Strong-willed, unable to be persuaded by agents or managers.
Insurance background a plus but not mandatory.
