Production Worker Responsibilities:
Mass-produce automotive parts, working on assembly lines and production lines
Brainstorm with teams to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
Adhere to company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
Production Worker Requirements:
5 years of verifiable work history or education required; manufacturing or industrial background is preferred, but not required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Must be able to work rotating shifts
High School Diploma or GED
