Production Support Details:
3rd shift with ROTATING schedules
Pay starts at $13.00-13.60/hr (paid weekly)
$500.00 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Progressive pay plan with wage increases every 6 months
Earn $15.64-$26.00/hour upon permanent hire!

401(k) with a 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% of your salary that you contribute

Production Support Responsibilities:
Mass produce automobiles or automotive components on the production line
Work with others to solve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures
Follow all quality, safety, efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
Production Support Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work rotating 3rd shift schedules
Must have five years of verifiable work history or education
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Manufacturing or an industrial experience is preferred, but not required
