Production Support Highlights:
1st and 2nd shifts with ROTATING schedules
Pay starts at $13.00-13.60/hr
$500.00 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Progressive pay plan - wage increases every 6 months
Ability to earn $15.64-$26.00/hour upon permanent hire!

Production Support Responsibilities Duties:
Work on production lines and assembly lines to mass produce automotive components or automobiles
Help to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
Follow all company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction processes
Production Support Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be available to work rotating shifts
5 years of verifiable work history or education is required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Manufacturing or Industrial work experience is helpful, but not required
