Production Support Job Responsibilities:
Assist with production line operations to mass produce automotive components or automobiles
Work with colleagues to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
Follow all company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction practices
Production Support Highlights:
Temp-to-Hire
3rd shift with ROTATING schedule
Pay starts at $13.00-13.60/hour
$500.00 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Progressive pay plan - wage increases every 6 months
Upon permanent hire, earn $15.64-$26.00/hour!

Production Support Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work rotating 3rd shift schedules
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history or education
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Any work experience in a manufacturing or an industrial environment is helpful, but not required
