- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed specialty contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors must have an Aspen Grove ABC number and the equipment necessary to complete above work along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
