The position is working temp on a week to week basis (Mon-Fri 8-5) must be available to start next day!
This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Some of the job responsibilities and requirements include:
General Responsibilities:
Electrical work
Plumbing Repairs
Rough and Finish carpentry
Full Apartment Painting
Appliance and Furniture moving
Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units
Completion of full vacant unit turn process
General Requirements / Qualifications
Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred
General building and grounds maintenance
Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
Must be able to troubleshoot A/C's
Must have a positive attitude / good customer service
Must have own tools and transportation
Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style
Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
