Foreman - Foreman are responsible for working with and managing labor during the installation of landscape material, grading & Skid work, irrigation, lighting, paver patios and retaining wall construction. They must lead with a positive uplifting attitude. They must perform daily maintenance on tools and track job site production. You will both manage and sweat. `
Important information for the Foreman:
- Foreman should always be professional on a job site in appearance, attitude, and behavior.
-Client relations is the most important aspect to this job. A foreman should be respectful of both clients and designers and understand that there has been a lot of work that has already gone into a project before they step foot on site for the first time.
-A foreman is a leader and a trainer but also needs to learn from those around them. Most of our labor has been with the company for many years and they should be utilized for their knowledge and not just ordered around on a job site.
-Although a foreman is in the field 98% of the time, there are accounting and record keeping aspects to this position that must be maintained. Calling in checks, keeping up with hours and alerting the designers of issues on site as they occur are all parts of this position.
Labor Responsible for cleaning and loading the trucks, installation of landscape material, grading & Skid work, irrigation, lighting, paver patios and retaining wall construction. They are also responsible for daily maintenance on tools and equipment.
