Assembly Line Details:
Pay starts at $13.00-13.60/hr
$500.00 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Progressive pay plan - wage increases every 6 months
Upon perm hire, earn $15.64-$26.00/hour!
Anthem/ BCBS Health, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance employer pays most of premium!
Eligible for the Employee Discount on any new KIA automobile!
401(k) with a 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% of your salary that you contribute
1st and 2nd shifts with ROTATING schedules
Holiday pay once eligible

Assembly Line Duties:
Mass produce automotive components or automobiles, working on an assembly line
Help to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures
Adhere to company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction practices
Production Worker Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work rotating shifts
Must have five years of verifiable work history or education
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Previous work experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred but not required
