Assembly Responsibilities:
Work on assembly and production lines to mass produce large components
Work with teams to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ new procedures for recurring defects
Adhere to all safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire
Starting wage of $13.00-13.60/hr
Progressive pay plan - wage increase every 6 months
$500 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Upon perm hire, earn $15.64-$26.00/hour!
1st and 2nd shifts with rotating schedules

Assembly Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work rotating shifts
5 years of verifiable work history or education
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Manufacturing or Industrial exposure is a plus, but not necessary
Must be available to work rotating shifts
